West Indies have stunned the World Test Championship (WTC) table-topper Australia in the 2nd Test in Gabba, winning the match by eight wickets on Sunday. While Australia keep the top spot despite the win, India have a chance to move to the top of WTC Standings 2023-2025 if they beat England in IND vs ENG 1st Test.
India, who are just behind Australia, could benefit to regain their number one spot in Test rankings. However, India also have England as a challenger to overcome on home soil in the five-match Test series.
The West Indies are currently placed at the seventh position with 33.33 points. They will move upwards in the updated points table.
