Bollywood star Sidharth Malhotra will join the star studded cast at the opening ceremony of Women’s Premier League 2024 (WPL 2024). The tournament will kick off from February 23 onwards from Bengaluru. The Shershah actor joins Karthik Aayan who is also set to feature in the ceremony.

There will be a grand opening ceremony on February 23rd evening. The first match of the Women’s Premier League will be held at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
At 7:30 p.m., the second WPL edition kickoff match will take place. Just one hour prior to that, the opening ceremony will take place. It’s unclear at this time if any celebrities other than Karthik will walk the red carpet at the WPL opening ceremony.
In 2023, the Women’s Premier League was unveiled. The tournament’s grand opening ceremony was held last year as well. Bollywood performers Kiara Advani and Kriti Shannon’s dance tracks enthralled the crowd at the DY Patil Stadium. Aside from them, AP Dhillon, a well-known singer, entertained the spectators in the gallery.
