The International Cricket Council has unveiled the full schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup in 2026. Hosts England will kick-start the tournament on June 12 by taking on Sri Lanka at Edgbaston. 12 teams will take part in the T20 WC, marking it as the biggest Women’s T20 WC to date. India Women will commence their campaign on June 14 at Edgbaston.

India Women will take on arch-rivals Pakistan in their tournament opener on June 14. Their next contest will be against a team from the Global Qualifier on June 17 followed by clashes against South Africa on June 21, another team from Global Qualifier on June 25 and Australia on June 28.

New Zealand are the defending champions currently. The Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 will span 24 days, featuring 33 matches across seven iconic venues. The final will be held at the Lord’s Cricket Ground on July 5.
