Vaccine: Novak Djokovic subjected to yet another crowd heckling in Australian Open

Novak Djokovic and crowd heckling is a match made in heaven. In the previous game for the 2nd round clash, Djokovic was disappointed after a fan from the crowd heckled the Serbian champ. The same incident happened in the third round clash against Tomas Martin Etcheverry.

Just before Novak Djokovic’s match point, someone in the crowd shouted “vaccine”. The shout was in a bid to rile up the World Champion.

After the match Novak Djokovic was quick to react on the issue. He went on to say, “It was fueling me even more. I mean, if I made a mistake, I would admit it and, of course, say I make a mistake, I raise my hand, I apologize or whatever.”

But if the criticism came with no particular reason I think, then I would just keep going the kind of direction that I chose, and that’s it. I knew and I know today that you can’t have everyone liking you, who you are, how you play, how you behave, what you talk about,” Djokovic added.
