With PBKS all set to go for PBKS at the price of 26.75 CR, the Indian middle order is ready to charm in IPL 2025. Shreyas Iyer led Kolkata Knight Riders to their third IPL trophy in the 2023 season. Iyer made his IPL debut in 2015, playing for the Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). He was picked up by the team in the 2015 IPL auction for ₹2.6 crore, becoming the highest-earning uncapped player in the tournament at that time.
In his debut season, Shreyas Iyer impressed everyone with his batting skills, scoring 439 runs in 14 matches with a strike rate of 128.36. He also hit four fifties, showcasing his consistency in making runs. This impactful performance earned him the title of Emerging Player of the 2015 IPL.
