Sai Sudharsan, one of the most promising talents in India, has undergone surgery. It’s uncertain what sort of injury Sudharsan had suffered, but he hadn’t played cricket since November 23, when he played for Tamil Nadu in their Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy opener against Tripura.
