The Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) is back with a new edition. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batter Virat Kohli is the leading run-scorer in IPL. With 7263 runs, which he has earned in 237 IPL matches (229 innings). In the IPL, the Indian batter has amassed seven centuries and fifty fifties while maintaining an average of 37.25 runs per game.
Shikhar Dhawan, a captain for PBKS who has amassed 6617 runs at an average of 35.39 in 217 IPL, is placed second on the list.
Seven players have hit more than 5000 runs in the IPL to date. RCB, PBKS, DC, MI, and CSK players are among the list’s top scorers.
The top ten batters of the IPL feature seven Indian players. Kohli, Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, MS Dhoni, Robin Uthappa, and Dinesh Karthik are the top Indian batters in the tournament.
