NEW STATE Mobile December update is now live for players around the world. The update comes with new weather, ERANGEL Aurora, weapon adjustments, and more. After the latest update, some players are experiencing issues in the game. Check out the issues and more information below.
Krafton addressed the issues experienced by NEW STATE Mobile players. They announced, ” Hello, Survivors. We are aware that some of you may be experiencing issues after the latest update. Here is a list of known issues that we are currently working on fixes for. This notice will be updated as any additional issues are identified. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.”

Known Issues
Issue with all sounds outputted in the game were abnormally distorted.
Issue with the sound being output through the speaker even after setting the mobile device to silent mode.
If you are experiencing any other problem including the above issues, please reach out to us through our Customer Support. Krafton is continuously working to resolve these issues. They will release a small patch update to fix these issues as soon as possible.
