Krafton previously announced the release of the new mode ‘NEW ERA’ through the February Patch Notes. NEW STATE Mobile Feb Update is here with new mode, new map and more. The update also brings six new characters. Each character have its unique ability. Know more about the characters and their skills below:
NEW STATE Mobile Feb Update: New Characters
Sam Berry
Sam Berry Character
Faction Passive Skill: Starts the game with Plasma Shield Lv.1 and one re-entry chance
Unique Passive Skill: Starting the game with a Level 3 helmet provided by default / Slightly reduced duration time for recovery items used during the game
Active Skill – Brothers in Arms: Restore all allies within range for 10 seconds / Cooldown: 40 seconds
ShyD
ShyD Character
Faction Passive Skill: Maintain full Boost Gauge status at all times
Unique Passive Skill: Movement speed remains the same when aiming or in ADS state / Slightly faster reload for all firearms
Active Skill – Fast Forward: Significant increase in player’s movement speed for 10 seconds / Cooldown: 30 seconds
Dante
Dante Character
Faction Passive Skill: Maintain full Boost Guage status at all times
Unique Passive Skill: Increased damage for headshots
Active Skill – Shield Up: Increase player’s maximum plasma shield amount for 10 seconds / Cooldown: 40 seconds
Blocker
Blocker Character
Faction Passive Skill: Unlimited ammunition provided (excluding Lynx AMR, AWM, P90, Red/Green Flare Gun, Grenade Launcher), Customization Kit (ALL) provided
Unique Passive Skill: Slightly reduced bullet spread when in ADS state
Active Skill – Untouchable: Player becomes invincible for 5 seconds but is unable to perform any attacks / Cooldown: 45 seconds
Maria
Maria Character
Faction Passive Skill: Allow to use one additional Jetpack
Unique Passive Skill: Faster reload and increased movement speed during suppression when using LMG
Active Skill – Full Throttle: Jetpack available without limitations for 3 seconds / Cooldown: 60 seconds

Faction Passive Skill: Increased movement speed, parkour speed, and jump height when unarmed
Unique Passive Skill: Automatic smoke generation at player’s location when stunned, unaffected by the number of smoke grenades carried by the player
Active Skill – Smoke Screen: Instantly generate smoke lasting 35 seconds in a wide area around / Cooldown: 35 seconds
