Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni is the latest sportsperson who has been invited for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha in Ayodhya on January 22. Apart from MS Dhoni, the likes of Virat Kohli, Harbhajan Singh and Sachin Tendulkar have also been invited for the auspicious ceremony. Meanwhile, the former Indian skipper received the invite at his residence in Ranchi on January 15 (Monday).
MS Dhoni received the invite from co-province secretary of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Dhananjay Singh. State Organization General Secretary of BJP Karmaveer Singh was also present as Dhoni was formally invited to the Ram temple consecration, scheduled for January 22 in Ayodhya.
The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has sent invitations to over 6000 people in the country. Numerous celebrities from various spheres of life are expected to attend the Ram temple ceremony on January 22. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also attend the event.
