The second edition of the Delhi Premier League (DPL 2025) will kick off on Saturday at the Arun Jaitley stadium in New Delhi at 8 PM. South Delhi Superstarz will take on East Delhi Riders in the tournament opener in what is expected to be a mouthwatering contest. DPL 2025 will see 44 T20s being played from August 2-31, with the knockout stages commencing from August 29.

DPL 2025 will feature eight men’s teams, split into two groups. Group A includes Outer Delhi Warriors, Central Delhi Kings, New Delhi Tigers, North Delhi Strikers, while West Delhi Lions, East Delhi Riders, South Delhi Superstarz, Purani Dilli 6 will be part of Group B.
Each team will play 10 league matches – home and away against teams in their group and one match each against teams in the other group. The top four teams will qualify for the playoffs, culminating in the final on August 31, with September 1 reserved as a backup.
