Countries that have hosted the Champions Trophy

The Champions Trophy 2025 is all set to take the cricketing world by storm as the top eight ODI teams gear up for a battle in a tournament often referred to as the mini World Cup.

The tournament’s journey has been quite inconsistent, with the last edition held in 2017. Now, after nearly eight years of hiatus, the Champions Trophy is finally making a comeback. This time, Pakistan is set to host the prestigious event.

However, for the first time in history, the ICC Champions Trophy will be played in a hybrid model, with India playing all their matches at the Dubai International Stadium in the UAE. This means the Men in Blue’s games will be hosted in the UAE, while the rest of the tournament, including all group-stage matches for other teams, will take place in Pakistan.

Three venues in Pakistan—Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore—are set to host thrilling Champions Trophy matches, and massive crowds are expected to witness all the games.

But do you know which countries have hosted the tournament in the past? If not, check out the list of Champions Trophy host nations and final venues from previous editions.
