The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the updated venues for the India cricket team’s series against South Africa, West Indies and South Africa A’s tour of India. The Men in Blue will take on West Indies in a two-match Test series that starts from October 2 followed by a two-match Test and three-match ODI and T20I series from November 14.
BCCI announces updated venues for SA, WI series
The IND vs WI 2nd Test, which was originally scheduled to be held at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata from October 10 will now be played in Arun Jaitley stadium, New Delhi. Similarly, the 1st Test against South Africa, which was supposed to be played in Delhi from November 14, has been shifted to Kolkata.

India women’s ODIs shifted from Chennai
India women’s cricket team were scheduled to play two ODIs at the MA Chidambaram stadium in Chennai on September 14 and 17. However, due to revamping of the outfield and pitches at the venue, the games have now been shifted to the New PCA stadium in New Chandigarh.

South Africa A ODIs moved out from Bengaluru
Likewise, the the three one-day games featuring South Africa A – which were scheduled to be held at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru – have been moved to Rajkot. The team will, however, play two multi-day games at the BCCI’s Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as planned originally.
