It’s all coming to an end as the Bangladesh Premier League 2025, which came under the spotlight due to various controversies, is finally reaching its business end. Only one game remains—the big final, set to take place between Fortune Barishal and Chittagong Kings.
Barishal are the defending champions from the last edition and will be eager to lift the trophy once again. The match is set to be played at the iconic Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Friday, 7 February.
It’s fair to say that both teams deserve to be in the final. On one hand, Fortune Barishal topped the points table with nine wins and three losses, while Chittagong Kings finished second with eight victories and four defeats.
