Asian Games medalist Anush Agarwalla has secured a Paris Olympics 2024 quota for India in the dressage discipline, the Equestrian Federation of India (EFI) informs. He earned the quota based on four performances in FEI events – Wroclaw, Poland (73.485%), Kronenberg, Netherlands (74.4%), Franfurt, Germany (72.9%) and Mechelen, Belgium (74.2%).

“I’m very proud and grateful to have been successful in securing a berth for India at Paris Olympic Games. Competing in the Olympics has always been a childhood dream for me and I’m proud to be a part of this historical moment for the nation,” Agarwalla said.
“I will continue doing what I have always been doing: staying focused, being disciplined, working hard, setting goals and acheiving them. I am confident I will be selected to represent India at this prestigious stage,” he added.
After a successful Asian Games where he was part of the team that won gold and clinched an individual bronze too, Agarwalla made a quick trip to India for a meet and greet with the Prime Minister and flew back to Germany after four days.
