Suresh Raina
CSK’s long-serving top-order batsmen, Suresh Raina, holds the pole position in this list. The left-hander has been part of CSK’s set-up along with MS Dhoni ever since the inaugural season of the IPL. He was one of the main reasons for Chennai Super Kings during the early phase of the IPL.
MS Dhoni
Legendary wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni has scored over 4000 runs for CSK, even though he has mostly batted lower down the order in a finisher’s role for most of his IPL career. MS Dhoni is expected to add more runs to his tally in the upcoming IPL 2024.
Faf du Plessis
Former South Africa captain Faf du Plessis was a part of CSK squad since 2012 before he joined RCB. In 100 matches for CSK, Du Plessis scored 2932 runs.
