James Anderson to surpass Shane Warne for most Test wickets?

Veteran James Anderson will replace fellow pacer Mark Wood for the IND vs ENG 2nd Test. At 41 years and 187 days on day one of the match, Anderson will become the oldest seamer to bowl in a Test in India. Can Anderson surpass Warne?

James Anderson currently has 690 wickets to his name. He needs 18 more wickets to get past Shane Warne for most Test wickets. Set to play his first match in the IND vs ENG Test series, Anderson will be eyeing wickets in order to get close to Shane Warne for most Test wickets.

There will be three more games left after the IND vs ENG 2nd Test. If James Anderson manages his workload well then we might see him go past the legendary spinner in the ongoing Test series.
