India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant dived into the details of his Team India debut alongside legends, including MS Dhoni. The batter is currently recovering from the deadly car crash and is expected to make his comeback over the next few months. Pant made his debut on February 1, 2017.
Pant reflects on team culture as he recalls his debut
In a video of his segment on Star Sports, Pant revealed that he gets goosebumps on thinking about his debut and labelled it as a very proud moment. Pant recalled that he made his debut alongside seniors including MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh. The keeper-batter said that the super-seniors were quite nice to him and made him feel comfortable and not like an outsider. He further stated that it was the team’s culture to make youngsters feel comfortable.
