Splitgate 2 is designed as a continually evolving experience, delivering new content every month. Each season will be divided into three monthly chapters, each packed with fresh maps, modes, cosmetics, and a mini Battle Pass. This new approach offers more total content and the flexibility to choose the rewards that excite you most.
These mini Battle Passes, priced at $4.99 USD each, are designed to be easier to complete and won’t expire until the season ends. Best of all, each Battle Pass will provide enough Splitcoin to unlock the next one for free. The first mini Battle Pass will be available with the Open Beta.
To celebrate the Open Beta, three faction-themed Founder’s Packs are arriving, each including two exclusive character skins, three exclusive weapon skins, a bonus emote, weapon charm, and player card banner. For the ultimate fans, the Aces Founder’s Bundle includes all the faction-themed cosmetics, 2000 Splitcoin, and the exclusive Early Bird emote. The Ultimate Founder’s Bundle takes it even further with additional primary and secondary weapon skins, plus 3000 Splitcoin.

The in-game store will feature a constantly обновляющийся array of cosmetic items, including character skins, weapon skins, portal skins, emotes, sprays, and player card banners. The developers have reaffirmed their commitment to a no pay-to-win experience. Many of the cosmetics will tie into the season’s narrative, offering a more cohesive aesthetic. Expect some truly unique items, like the “Deadly Harvest Jackhammer” Mythic weapon skin with custom animations.
Beyond purchases, there will be numerous ways to earn cosmetics simply by playing, watching content creators, and participating in events like “Hunt the Devs.” The primary in-game currency, Splitcoin, can be purchased with real money, while Proelium, an upgrade currency earned through Battle Passes and daily logins (or direct purchase), allows for cosmetic enhancements on your skins.
