A 118-ball century off Arshin Kulkarni guided India U19 to a 201-run victory against USA U19 in their final Group A game of the ongoing ICC U19 Cricket World Cup, at the Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein. Adding to that a formidable performance from India’s bowling contingent saw USA crumble as Naman Tiwari claimed four wickets.
India had a nervy beginning, with Adarsh Singh unable to capitalize on his promising start. However, Arshin Kulkarni and Musheer Khan had different plans, forging a robust partnership by contributing 155 runs for the second wicket.
Kulkarni scored a formidable 108 off 118 balls hitting eight boundaries and three maximums before getting scalped by Ateendra Subramanian. Century hero from the last game, Musheer Khan, also added a formidable 73 to the tally.
