Punjab de Sher is leaving no stone unturned to prepare for the upcoming Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). In order to prepare themselves for the upcoming CCL 2024, Punjab De Sher have organised a series of exhibition/practice matches as part of their preparations for the CCL 2024.
Punjab de Sher lost their opening practice match against Punjab Educators team. The second practice game between Punjab De Sher and IRS Officers XI will be played on January 27 (Saturday) at the Maharaj Yadavinder Singh Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur Punjab.
Besides the match on January 27, three more practice fixtures are scheduled for February before Punjab De Sher open their CCL 2024 campaign against Chennai Rhinos on Matchday 3 on February 25 in Sharjah. To note, Punjab de Sher are yet to win the Celebrity Cricket League so far. Despite having such a destructive batting line-up, Punjab de Sher have always been let down due to their fielding and bowling.
