The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is set to hold its Annual Awards ceremony for the first time in four years in Hyderabad on January 23, ahead of the IND vs ENG 1st Test.
The Indian Cricket Team, who have assembled in Hyderabad for the first Test, will attend the function. The England team, who landed in Hyderabad on Sunday, January 21, will also reportedly attend the awards.
Notably, this will be the first BCCI Awards in four years.
The last BCCI Annual awards were held on January 13, 2020 in Mumbai. Jasprit Bumrah and Poonam Yadav were the winners of the prestigious awards in men and women’s category, respectively.
