The Paralympics begin today, and the opening ceremony will take place at the Place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysées. India’s flagbearers will be Tokyo gold medalist Sumit Antil (Athletics – Javelin) and Asian Para Games silver medalist Bhagyashri Jadhav (Athletics – Shot Put).
