After a comprehensive defeat in the first ODI, the Harmanpreet Kaur-led India women’s cricket team will look to re-group and level the series 1-1 in the IND W vs AUS W 2nd ODI. With the possibility of Smiriti Mandhana returning to the side and Jemimah Rodrigues and Pooja Vastrakar in good nick, Team India will hope for a change in result at the Wankhede Stadium.
For Australia, it was all too easy in the first match of the ODI series. However, after letting India slip in the first innings, skipper Alyssa Healy claimed they still have a few things to work on. With batting and bowling both firing, the visitors will come into the IND W vs AUS 2nd ODI confident and aim to seal the level after a disappointing start to the tour.
