Indians dominate Star Sports’ ODI Team of the Year

With three batters (Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, and Rohit Sharma), one wicketkeeper (KL Rahul), and four bowlers (Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Jasprit Bumrah), the India cricket team holds eight of the eleven spots in the XI.

However, one could question if the team is correct or not. Players like Travis Head and Glenn Maxwell may not have made so many runs, but they left a huge impact. Pacer bowlers in Dilshan Madushanka, Marco Jansen, and Gerald Coetzee also couldn’t make the list despite impressing everyone.
