Group D leaders South Africa will take on second-placed Bangladesh in an important tie at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium in New York. South Africa have won two out of two matches in the T20 World Cup so far while Bangladesh achieved a nervy victory over Sri Lanka in their first match.
A win in the match will see the Proteas qualify as the first team from Group D in the Super Eight. Bangladesh, on the other hand, will look to strengthen the qualification chances of their own with a win over Aiden Markram’s side.
